CAR CAPSIZES.

MISHAP ON MOUNTAIN ROAD. As a result of turning towards the side of the road too sharply a motor-car skidded and capsized on the Mountain Road near Ngaere at about eight o’clock on Saturday evening. The car, which was driven by William Bishell, and which carried three other passengers, was proceeding from Eltham to Stratford. Shortly after passing through Ngaere the driver turned to the left-hand side of the road to allow an approaching moto’cycle to pass, but apparently the turn was too sharp, for the car skidded and capsized, turning almost a complete somersault. Fortunately none of the passengers were injured beyond being severely shaken. The windscreen of the car was shattered, the hood smashed, and the mudguards bent.
