RAGING NEAR MELBOURNE. CABLE—PRESS A SSOOI ATION —COPY RlGH'i MELBOURNE, Feb. 4. Bush fires are again raging near Melbourne. Swept along .by a furious wind, the fire near Heidelburg destroyed much valuable grass land. Fire fighters were unable to halt the flames, and could only direct them on to valueless land, where they eventually silent themselves. In the Upper Maffra the fires are blazing fiercely, but hundreds of firefighters have the position well in hand.
