COMBINED FETE.

IN AID OF BOWLING AND TENNIS. ON WEDNESDAY AT THE PARK. The afternoon and evening on Wednesday next will be a busy time at King lidwaid Park, when the great fete will be held on behalf of the funds of the Park Bowling and Tennis Clubs. V'ery complete and attractive arrangements are being made by the committees under the general direction of Mr Ij. O. Hooker and a great success is assured. The motor traders’ grand display of new cars, which will parade at 1.30 p.m. and will travel to the Park in procession, should be a great attraction. Prizes will be given for the most original advertisements. There will be also the motor vehicle competitions, business-and private cars, and this will be a great attraction. Other features wid include the Maypole dances. Municipal and. Pipe Band performances and gymnastic displays.
