In view of the restrictions on the export of plumage of birds, interest is attached to an announcement by the Rome correspondent of the Daily Mail, that Father' David Goitre, a membei nr the Sacred Heart Mission in Papua, has sent, to Signor Mussolini an enorm - ous Italian flag composed of Birds of Paradise feathers.
