At the Australian Workers’ Union Congress, Mr Boots, an executive councillor and trustee of the Australian' AYorkers’ Union, delivered a statement alleging that the vice-preisident of the Executive Council., Air AVillis, with two others, entered into a conspiracy with Communists to Sovieti.se the Australian Labour Party, and to secure control of the party in order to introduce Soviet legislation.
