Then the Panama isqort took His Highness back to the boundary, handing him over to the American escort, which brought the oval procession to the administration buildings, where the Duke called on Colonel M. L. Walker, Governor of the muial Zone. fi n al official function during the cay at Panama was a luncheon given the President, at which the Duke, nehess, the whole staff and many leading officials and politicians of both the American and Panaman Zones were present.
