The Christchurch Jockey Club ofiioials declare that they have received a letter from, the Wellington Racing Club waiving its objections to the Royal meeting here in March, subject to certain conditions, which are being met and they declare further that the president of the Racing Conference has agreed to. a. change of dates. N.Z. TECHNICAL SCHOOLS’ BOARD. Wellington, Jan. 28. Meeting purely as an advisory body, the New Zealand Technical Schools’ "Board is sitting to-day, dealing with the syllabus of instruction for technical schools, also with legislation regarding the constitution ol technical schools' boards.
