DAMAGE TO ROADS

t/ i 11141 «. V* B-4 • « “ “ INE'XPER lEN CEP DRIVERS. Complaints have been received by the A.A.A. from many districts, where unmetalled roads exist. Motorists travelling without chains have done so much damage to the clay roads, that, they have been reduced to an impassable condition. Chains should always be carried when travelling- on clay roads, and it is surprising how* many motorists travel without them. It would be a good New Year resolve, to buy a set of chains, place them under the front seat, and never travel -without them.
