DEATHS CAUSED BY POISON BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. SYDNEY. Jan. 7. At the inquest concerning the deaths of Dr. J. A. Paling and his mother, evidence was given that Dr. Paling had been worrying for some time over the condition of his mother, and she, not he, as previously state, being the invalid. He told a friend on the day previous to the tragedy, that the only way out was to end it. „ The coroner found that while suffering from temporary mental aberration, Dr. Paling administered cyanide to his mother and then committed suicide with the same poison. Dr. Paling and his mother were found dead in his mother’s bedroom at Dulwich Hill on December 12. Syringes and morphia tubes were found on the table.
