AIEETING OF AUSTRALIAN ASSOCIATION. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION CCPYRIGH'I SYDNEY, Jan. 5. At the annual conference ol the Australian Soccer Association, New South AVales, A'ictoria, Queensland and South Australia were represented. The executive was authorised to get in touch with several of the European countries participating in the Olympic Games in 1928, with a view to arrangang a tour of these countries prior to the games. Negotiation:* are to bo opened with Scotland and Canada with re<rard to their touring Australia in 1928. Tt was resolved to endeavour to secure a. better understanding with the New Zealand controllers, regarding the general operations of the governing bodies in the Dominion. Australia is to invite a New Zealand team to tour Australia. in '1927. if the Canadian tour of the Dominion fails to materialise.
