BRITISH AND GERMANS A SOLDIER INJURED THE ACCUSED ACQUITTED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION- COPYItIGHI Received 2.25 p.m. to-day. LONDON. Dec. 5. A message Lorn Wiesbaden states that a British court acquitted tomyoung Germans who were accused of attacking two British soldiers, one ot whom was seriously injured, during a cafe fracas on Christmas Eve. The British prosecutor declared that the soldiers behaved improperly and were blamable for the incident, but the law of the occupation forbade objection. The newspapers favourably compare this with the conduct of the prosecutor in the Landau court-martial.
