ELTHAM.

(From Our Own Correspondent).. FIRE IN DWELLING. An outbreak of lire occurred at 2.15 p.ru. yesterday in premises situated at the corner of Graham and Bedford Streets, owned by Mr. A. M. Dutliie and occupied by Mr. Wolseiey and family. The fire originated in the wash-house and spread to an adjoining room, where it was checked by the timely arrival of the brigaue in full strength under Superintendent H. Nuttall. Beyond practically gutting the wash-house very little damage was done, except by water and smoke. The house was insured for £'4so in the Standard ollice, and the furniture for £l5O. it Is estimated that the extent of the damage is £23.
