HAWERA CLUB. On Tuesday afternoon “Maxwell” and Hobbs .dereated “Bob” and Winks, 21 to- 16 ,in the champion pairs. The S.H.S. are coming on, and their games cause much favourable comment from those on the hank. VISIT FROM SOUTH AUCKLAND. Advice has been received that South Auckland -rinks 'will tour Taranaki :n the second week in March. Six rinks from Wanganui visited Waverley on Monday, and after a most- interesting match, despite rain in the afternoon, won by 18. points. Waverley will pay a return visit shortly.
