Cook, secretary of the British Miners’ Federation, has sent a letter thanking the Soviet bodies and promising greater revolutionary activity in Britain. He intends to visit Russia again in May. We must organise trade union® on a class war basis, discarding leaders of the MacDonald and Thomas type, who believe in compromise with the capitalists.” '
