ANOTHER VICTIM. ALLEGED CAUSE OF OUTBREAK. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. Received 10.35 a.m. to-day. SYDNEY, Dec. 18. A further death resulting from the bush fires in the western districts is reported, Clifford Charles, of Dubbo. succumbing to his injuries. Charles was with Mr Beveridge when the latter was fatally burned.

'The farmers who suffered from the fires have stated that they will sue the Railway Department for damages, alleging that sparks from' the engines caused the outbreak.
