FRENCH AIR FORCE.
STATEMENT REGARDING FATALITIES. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received 12.15 a.m. to-day. LONDON, Dec. 12. The Pari® correspondent of the Daily Mail says that Pierre Plandin, Undersecretary of Air, denies Sir Philip Sassoon’s statement made in the House of Commons, that fatalities in tbe French air forces' are ludicrously under-esti-mated. He adds that he is not 1 at liberty to give the exact figures, but there were fewer than twenty in 1926. —Sydnev Sun Cable.
