“GRAND OLD MAN” OF SERBIA. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. BELGRADE, Dec. 11. M l . Pashitch, the “grand old man” of Serbia, died in harness at the age of 83. He- was seized by an apoplectic fit just as he received a summons from the King to form a Cabinet, with the support of the Radical Party, the present Radical Prime Minister, vitch, havinrr failed to reform hijs Cabinet after a political crisis.
