An appeal by the Takapuna Borough Council against the dismissal of an information, charging Alfred Hendry with carrying on -within the motor omnibus district of Takapuna a motor service otherwise than pursuant to the authority of the license granted by the licensing authority . appointed under the Motor Omnibus Act, 1926, was upheld by his Honour Mr Justice Adams this morning. The case was remitted back to the magistrate to record a conviction’ accordingly.
