RECORD NEW ZEALAND SHIPMENT. (by TELEGRAPH— press ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, Dec. 10. What probably constitutes a record in shipments of New Zealand sheep to Patagonia will be made by the Maori leaving Port Chalmers for Punta Arenos next week. In all about 535 sheep will be carried on the steamer, and this consignment, with 70 sheep which left the Dominion by the Kia Ora in October, is the season’s requirements of New Zealand sheep for Patagonian breeders. The bulk of the sheep are Corriedales, the balance being"’Romneys and Merinos.
