SOME BIG APPROPRIATIONS. BY CABIiE—PEESS ASSOCIATION COPY ZIUHI. WASHINGTON, Dec. 8. . President Coolidge on Wednesday submitted to Congress his Budget for the next fiscal year, calling for an appriation for more than 4,014,000,000 dollars. He asked for 574,000,000 dol-lar-s for national defence, and over 27,000,000 for prohibition enforcement.
