ITALY’S NEW BILL. ATTACKS ON MUSSOLINI’S LIFE. , Y CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 12.10 p.m. to-day. ROME, Nov. 21. The Senate, by 183 to 49 votes, passed the Defence of the State Bill. Signor Mussolini declared: lhe Bill is not due to the outrages, which leave me profoundly indifferent. If those making me the object of their tenacious ballistic intentions think they are emplovin<r intimidation, they are completely and 'ridiculously mistaken Nevertheless, these episodes disturb the nation’s life and case spiritual uneasiness. The people’s demonstrations have definitely proved the demand toi an extraordinary measure. I shall personally select the special tribunals which shall not perform vengeance, but justice.” ....
