ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
CHRISTCHURCH SHOW ACCIDENT. (.BY TELEGRAPH - PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 13. It is reported, by show officials that the man whose back was broken by a bull yesterday, entered a stall, put ins arms round'tbe bull’s neck and immediately collapsed. The bull became excited, but calmed down when the owner arrived. The man was not authorised to enter the stall. AUSTRALIAN MOTOR'. CAPSIZE. SYDNEY, Nov. 14. A motor-car to-night overturned on Paramatta Road and two men weie killed and five injured, three dangerously. THREE AUCKLAND TRAGEDIES. Edward Clement Neville, aged seven years, son of William James Neville, of Northcote, was found drowned in a creek where he had been fishing. A dead body, found in Manukau harbour, has been identified as Alfred Sinton, who recently conducted a store at Huia. , . , Sydney Samson, a butcher by trade, was found dead in his residence on New North Road. A tube led from a gas bracket in his mouth. OLD MAN FALLS INTO’ HARBOUR. WELLINGTON, Nov. 15. Thos. Tracey, an old man of 60 years of age, was dozing on the wharf near the Town Hall yesterday afternoon, when he lost his balance and fell into the harbour. Seaman Win. Kingston jumped in and rescued him, but the shock was too much, and life could not be restored.
