GARIBALDI AND AIACIA IMPRISONED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION--COPYBIGHI PARIS, Nov. 13. Rieiotti Garibaldi anti Alaola have been arrested and taken to prison m connection with the Catalan plot. They were confronted with each other in the presence of the police. Maciat admitted that he had corresponded with Garibaldi in August regarding machine-gunners, but he denied saying he was aiming at a Federalist insurrection. The Cabinet has decided to hand over the Garibaldi affair to the Ministry of Justice.
