PAN-PACIFIC.
FANNING ISLAND-SUVA SECTION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT SUVA. Nov. 13. The cable steamer Farraday has (arrived from Fanning Island. She sails on Monday to complete laying < the shore end of the Fanning lsland-Suva cable, which, it is hoped to accomplish by the end of the week. There is about four hundred miles of the cable to lay.
