At the Police Court Ronald George Collins (33) ia.nd Francis Edward Diigglc (24) were charged with stealing LI (jsASd at Wellington, the porperty of the Provident Life Insurance Co. Diggle was also charged with attempt' to obtain, with intent to defraud, commission from Neville W. Travis, by false pretences. The police stated that- numerous other charges in various parts of the Dominion would: be preferred against Collins and that Diggle had been working in conjunction with Collins. The accused were remanded till November IS,
