ADMINISTRATION BY THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE. When a business man appoints the Public Trustee as his executor and the trustee of his estate he may rest assured that every duty will Ibe faithfully performed. The long- experience of the Public Trust Office, its staff' of welltrained officers, and its financial resources enable it to meet any emergency that may arise. The Public Trustee is empowered to make advances to estates on the security of their assets, and this provision often enables .the realisation of assets to be postponed until a favourable market arrives, and prevents the loss which would result from a forced sale at an inopportune time. The facilities offered by the Public Trust Office should commend themselves to every person possessing assets and desirous in the event of his death of having them administered in the best interests of his dependants or next-of-kin. C. freyberg. DISTRICT PUBLIC TRUSTEE. HAWERA.
