The district prosecuting ocicer at Los Angeles has announced that there is no foundation for a widespread report that Prosecutor J. M. Keyes will subpoena Mrs. Kenneth Ormiston as a witness at the trial of Aimee Seinple McPherson, an evangelist, charged with* conspiracy. Mrs. Ormiston is with her parents in Australia. Ormiston, who is still a fugitive from justice, is considered to be the principal witness.
