AGRICULTURE.
AREAS UNDER CEREALS. As in previous years, cards were sent out by the Census and Statistics Office of the Government to graingrowers throughout the Dominion, asking them to state what areas they had .sown, or intended to sow, in wheat and oats this season. The- returns have been compiled, giving the areas sown in 192-6-26, and the estimated areas for 1926-27 as follows:
