VTOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Ha we r a proposes to raise a Special Loan of £4OOO for a term, of 36} years at a rate of interest of £6% per annum, plus a sinking fund of £l% per annum. THE PURPOSE for which such loan is proposed to be raised is as follows: To provide and lay water pipes in part of the Borough of Hawera. namely, the area described in the Schedule to Order-in J Couneil dated the 30th day of March, 3 925 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated the 2nd day of April, 1925, at page 967 i (which area is known as Nolantown). THE PROPOSED SECURITY for such loan and for the payment of interest and sinking! fund in connection therewith and for the repayment of the loan at maturity is an annually recurring Special flate ofi Threepence and twenty-two hundredths of a penny (3.22/100d) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of that portion only of the rateable property in the Borough of Hawera comprised in the said area described in the Schedule to the said Order-in-Couneil dated the 30th day of March, 1925 (which area is known ns Nolantown).
