Passengers on a suburban train at Auckland on Monday were horrified to see a man leaving the train, after a delay in collecting his parcels, fall between two carriages, lie was struck by some of the under gear and rolled on to the track. It was a short run to the next station, and the guard was informed and got a doctor to return, to find the man enjoying a hearty meal at his own home. Though the train passed over him he suffered only a few scratches.
