POLISH CABINET RESIGNS.

BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. WARSAW, Oct. 2. The Cabinet lias resigned: and the President has asked General Pilsudski to form a new Cabinet. Marshal Pilsudski has formed a new Cabinet . His choice as Prime Mi n i stex is popular, the public demanding a firm hand in view of the recent SovietLithuanian Treaty, which is generally regarded as a violation of Polish rights in regard to Vilna. Fifteen armed officers visited the home of the ex-M.inister of Finance, M. Cdiechowskij severely assaulted him, and put a bomb under the floor before leaving. A servant heard the noise and found M. Cdieehowski unconscious. He threw the bomb out of a window before it exploded.
