The Locomotive Engineers’ Journal indicates that there is serious dissatisfaction in the railway service, both with-the Ministers and the board. The Journal alleges grave mismanagement. Among the complaints is one “regarding the quality of the coal supplied. Stop-work meetings are hinted at to compel the management to reduce the prevalence of draw-gen r failure.
