POOR PUBLIC RESPONSE. PY CABLE— PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYHCGHT Received 12.10 p.m. to-day. LONDON, Sept. 29. “New loan fiasco.” This was how, on their posters, the evening papers announced the poor public response to the f?ew South Wales loan. Financial editors in their comment say that they were not 'Surprised, as New South Wales has been a. frequent borrower, and its loans are very seldom fully subscribed.
