B 'illis telegram refers to my sister-in-law. an assisted immigrant from England, who was met on arrival at Auckland by my sister and committed to the Auckland Hospital, where, according to medical testimony before the Hospital Board, the patient “would remain; all her life and become a burden on the State.” Thanking you in anticipation.—l am, etc.„ J. T. SOTHERN. Kaponga. Sept. 29.
