Received 10.35 a.m. to-day. PARIS, Sept, 28. Arrachard brothers, flying from Breguet, have departed for Irkutsk in an attempt- to recover the non-stop flight record. MILITARY PLANE CRASHES. Received 10.35. a.m. to-day. TXRIS, Sept. 28. A French military aeroplane, during night manoeuvres, crashed at Bonneval. The crew of five were incinerated.
