Lewis, £9 19s 9d (costs £1 11s Gd); same v. J. Burlce, 8s Oil (8s); same v. Taki -Williams, £5 2s (£2 6s);’W. A. Parkinson an-d Co. v. S. Merwood, £3 15s (£1 3s fid); P. F Burrows, Ltd., v. Wm. Danvers, £4 6s (£T 11s); E. J. Nash v. Robert Simms, £2 5s Od (£1 3s 6d); H. W. Swinbutn v. M.- Trevethick, £3 12s (£l 4s 63); J. .McGliie v. R. P. Wilson, €7 8s fid (£1 8s); Goldstone and Patterson v. D. Melville, £6 7s 5d (Ids).; same v. W. Woller, £6 5s (£1 Is); same v. G. Yates, £1 5s (8s); K. Harvey v. F. Dodd, £6 12s (£1 2s); M. T. Alien v. A R. Black, £’7 4s. In judgment- summons proceedings, Tuhikaka was ordered to pay the sum of £7 11s 6d and- 15s 6d costs- to C. Evans forthwith, in default to undergo nine days’ imprisonment. ( Wi Tamati was ordered to pay £22 7s and £1 11s fid costs to. H. G. Brodie forthwith, in default 24 days’ imprisonment. W\ Robinson, who was examined by Mr. G. J. Bayloy on behalf of G. R. Horsburgh, was ordered to pay £3 17s Id to the latter by October 27, in default four days’ imprisonment.
