NEW BRITISH ACHIEVEMENT. PURCHASE PRICE OF £IOO. LONDON, Sept. 12. Manufacturers in Britain have at last evolved a motor car which can be purchased for £IOO. Ensign Motors, Ltd., announce that they are commencing the mass production of an 8 h.p. four-cylinder all-steel model motor car, capable of a speed of 50 miles an hour, and able to run 50 miles to the, gallon of petrol. The machine has a two-seater body, and is built on snorting lines, completo with spare wheel, four-wheel brakes and balloon tyres. ’
