IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, HAMILTON DISTRICT. jyOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Writ of Sale issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hamilton on behalf of the Bank of Australasia, the plaintiff, the execution creditor against Bartholomew Duffell, of Reidston, near Oamaru, retired, farmer, the defendant and directed to me as Sheriff of Taranaki, I have taken into execution and unless the debt and costs are sooner paid will cause to be sold by public auction: — ALL that the estate and interest of the said Bartholomew Duffell as mortgagee under and by virtue of memorandum of second mortgage number 42368 (as varied by memorandum of variation of terms thereof), New Plymouth Register, comprising all that freehold piece of land containing 77 acres 1 rood 30 perches, being Sections 99 and 101, Block 8, on the public map of the Waimate Survey District, such land beiug subject to first mortgage to His Majesty the King under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Amendment Act, 1917, securing originally £2500. The said memorandum of second mortgage is subject to a memorandum of mortgage number 55634 to cko National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, securing approximate^ - £567. Particulars of the said memorandum of second mortgage are: The said mortgage secures the repayment of the principal sum of £1470 on the Ist January, 1935, with interest at the rate of 8 percent., reducible to 7 per cent, if paid within 14 days.
