MORE VALUELESS CHEQUE CHARGES. . (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 20. At the Police Court, Norman Finlayson McMillan (19) pleaded guilty to cashing valueless cheques at Masterton, Levin, Marten, Waipu and other places. It was stated that the accused had not been before the Court previously, but the chief detective said he understood that McMillan's father;had to make restitution of £93 for him some time ago. He was remanded till September 27 for sentence. • A REMAND‘GRANTED. ' NAPIER, Sept. 20.
