PRINCES STREET FRONTAGE CHANGES HANDS.
An important -business property deal has just -boon concluded in Hawera, Mr Robert Mortloclc having purchased from the Waima-te Plains Dairy Co., Ltd., a portion of the West Coast Refrigerating Company’s building. The portion purchased adjoins Mr Mortloclc’s garage and has a frontage to Princes Street of 78 feet with a dopth, and corresponding front-age to Rowe Street, of 40 feet.
It is Mr Mortloek’s intention to make the necessary structural alterations and convert the premises into, an np-to-date motor-car show-room.
