SURE PUNCTUAL INTEREST “Financial stringency” or “decline in prices” has been the plea made for many a postponement of interest payments during the past few years with consequent hardships to many widows and orphans dependent for their living on income- from trust investments. In contrast to this, beneficiaries with money invested in the Common Fund of the State-guaranteed Public Trust Office have received , their incomes in full, regularly and, punctually. The Public Trust Office lias gone through this depression .as it has gone through others, steadily and surelv paying interest on the due dates. This certainty of payment is a. timely reminder to' the business man that to safeguard the welfare of his family a welfare to bo insured against “slumps” —lie should appoint the Public Trustee as his executor and as the trustee of his estate. C. FREYBERG. DISTRICT PUBLIC TRUSTEE. HAWERA.
