- GERMAN BATTLE-CRUISER, . RAISED AT SOAP A FLOW. LONDON, Aug. 21. The Red Ensign floats over the German battle-cruiser Hindenburg, whose upper after-deck has now been l-aised above the surface of Scapa Flow, revealing the four aft 12in. guns wreathed in dripping seaweed. The complete refloating of the vessel is expected to take place to-day. „
