Quite a number of Hawera girls are attending the training college in Christchurch, -where the course of. instruction is considered very good. Amongst those who returned on Saturday after the vacation was Miss D. Garnett.' Tiie smart new fabric gloves and hose showing at the Melbourne l*td. are wonderful value.
