REPARATION PAYMENTS
GERMANY CARRYING OPT HER OBLIGATIONS.

The provisions! figures of Germany’s reparation payments for the second year* of the Dawes scheme ended on August 31. .show a total of £58,000.000 paid, to which a further £2,600,000 accruing in September .must be added. Germany had delivered goods worth £33,000.000. while the army of occupation has cost £4,400,000.
LONDON, Sept. 2. The significance of Germany’s .reparation payments lies in the fact that with the payment of 45 million .gold) marks by the German railway company yesterday morning, Germany has paid, in full the annuity of £60,000,000 protion apyments of 45 million gold l , marks vided in the second year of the experts’ plan. The Reparation. Commission thinks this is proof that Germany- is faithfully performing her obligation®.
