CHAINMAN ELECTROCUTED.
AUCKLAND, Sept, 3. Aubrey Stephen (24), a chainman employed by the Public Works Department, was electrocuted at- Hunt-ly through his chain coming into contact with an 11,000-volt power line. Death must have been instantaneous.
