OPUNAKE HARBOUR
AUTHORITY TO RAISE 10 PERCENT ON LOAN.
(Bv Telegraph—Special to The Star.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 2. A new clause- in the Local Legislation Bill authorises the Opunakei Harbour Board to raise an additional- 10 per cent on its £50,000 loan to complete the- harbour works; the charges to be levied in the same way as in i'espect to the original loan. ’ ’
