MANAIA DEFEATS ELTHAM
The Eltham Boy Scout Troop Rugby Jo visited Manaia on Saturday and suffered -defeat - by home Scouts by 18 points (four tries, one converted, mid a potted goaf) to nine (three tries). It was a bright and interesting match, in which, both teams revealed a good knowledge of the game, and in. which passing rushes were prominent. For the A'isitors, H. Potts scored two tries and L. Casey one. For Mail a ia. N. Rei potted a- goal and converted a try. while J. Wilson (2) and S. Russell and J. Kitt scored tries. Mr W. J. Ba-c Hey controlled' the game.
