Mr. T. V. Orerton, electrical engineer of P’ukekohe, iarrired in Hawera yesterday, and is staying at the Central Hotel. At tlie annual meeting of shareholders - of the T. Tv. Joll Dairy Company, held to-day, Messrs J. B. Murdoch, J. F. Tvilev. and G. IT. Meuli were elected to ftil the three vacancies on the directorate caused by the retirement of the first two and Mr J. El. Meuli. Mr. J. B. Murdoch was later re-elected chairman.
