‘ Rleoeived 11.35 a.m. to-day. ATHENS, Aug. 221 A bloodless revolution has broken out. General Kondilis is master of the situation. He arrested the War Minister, Thertolis, and ordered the arrest of the Dictator-President, General Plain galas. Insurgents have occupied the telegraph office and all military establishments. All army' officers placed themselves, at the disposal of the new Government, the formation of which General Ivondilis, who holds anti-Bolshev-ist views, promises in a proclamation that the personnel will be selected on national lines, under the presidency of Ivondouriotis. General (Bangulos is at present at the Island of Spozzia. ■General Kondolis carried out the coup with the aid of the Athens garrison. He explains that the revolution aims at the destruction of the Pangalos tyranny. The fleet and army support General Kondolis. A warship has gone to Spozzdai to arrest General Bangui • Athens is calm.—Reuter.
