WELLINGTON, Aug. 21. _ General dissatisfaction with the Arbitration Court was expressed in a motion passed at the meeting of the New Zealand Trades and Labour Council on Thursday in connection with the general labourers’ awards for the North Island. ' The cancellation' of the registration of all affiliated unions, with the object of having the disputes hoard under the Laboni- Disputes Investigation Act, is suggested as a remedy.
